Had an amazing time here visiting all the parks! All made even more wonderful by staying in your fabulous home. A great place to stay, very quiet and a great pool area. Looking forward to our return trip. Weather was fantastic too at 90 + every day.

Many thanks Steve, Leanne, Matt (And Faye) for letting us share their house with them. We have all had an AWESOME time. Really comfortable and great pool and some really memorable days in the parks. P.S if you are driving to the Kennedy Space Centre, check it is in the SAT NAV correctly under John F Kennedy Space Centre (otherwise it may take you a 100 miles out of your way)!!!! The beach now beckons for our 3rd week.!

Thank you for inviting me to stay in your lovely home. Had a brilliant time, enjoyed every minute. Apart from the smoke detectors going off at 4am one morning. LOL. No more problems as new detectors installed. Sad to go home but all good things have to end sometime. Very much hope to return.

Fishing at Tampa Bay was a great way to spend 4 hours. We caught enough fish for dinner. Only 1hr 20mins from here to St Pete’s where Captain Chris picked us up. Toll Free 1-866-795-FISH. Call free from the house to arrange your trip. We ate out at some nice restaurants, we would recommend Applebees, Mannys Chophouse, Hooters and Cracker Barrel. A lovely week despite the weather being chilly. The parks were much quieter than in the summer. Looking forward to coming back in July.

What a lovely home you have here. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. We loved all the room and the heated pool. The weather was quite cool but not as cold as back home. (minus 15-20). We left in a snowstorm so anything above 50 degree F was good for us. We will definitely be back. Thanks again.

We had a great but exhausting 2 weeks doing Mickey and have relished the peace and quiet and space here, away from the mayhem!
The girls are in their Halloween costumes and are just about to go trick or treating. We haven’t had anyone knock on this door yet so may have to eat all the chocolate ourselves!!

Second time in Florida and what a memorable trip it has been Had so many good memories to look back on in the future. Eg. Fishing Trip and throwing up everywhere! And all the theme parks we visited and just missed out on going on the new ride rockit at Universal – Gutted!
Thanks Aunty Leanne & Uncle Steve for inviting me to come and stay at your lovely home. You did a great job with decorating it, and Steve & Jane.
Well see you back in England after a wonderful game of football at The Valley for curry and X Factor. Sounds good. Cant wait for Florida 2010. Love you all. Xxx

PS – Fishing from St Johns Pass was great. Found new bowling alley 20 mins south on US 27, very good value, at Eagle Ridge Mall. Also boating on Lake Lowery, 1000 acres. Oak Harbour was very quiet and relaxing. Only 20 mins from house.

Another great holiday. This time we came in via New York which was fantastic.
Another fantastic holiday. I recommend the indoor sky-diving for anyone who comes.
I had a great holiday as well I would also recommend Busch Gardens to any one who likes rollercoasters.
I always have a good time but would recommend the sky diving.

We really enjoyed our stay in our villa, its fab accommodation to come back to after a busy day waltzing around the parks. Some of us have previously visited this part of America but this villa certainly didn’t fail to impress after the last visit. The only disappointing part of this holiday was unfortunately the pool heating has decided not to work on us, oh well, of course that didn’t stop most of us from jumping in and having a splash around after a scorching hot day – 104 standing heat. It was amazing. Well thank you for the brilliant villa allowing us to have an exciting time! Thank you
